Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed Against Pilot In Plane Crash
The Family of a Paulding County, Georgia Commissioner recently filed a wrongful death lawsuit against a pilot following a plane crash in Mount Airy, North Carolina on February 1st that took the lives of Frank Ruggiero and several other local businessmen and leaders from Georgia.
The wrongful death lawsuit was filed in Polk County Superior Court, seeks unspecified damages and maintains that pilot error was the cause of the accident.
