Teenager Responsible for Deadly Car Wreck In Dekalb County Georgia

A 14 year old teenager is responsible for a fatal car accident that occurred early Sunday morning in Dekalb County, part of metro Atlanta. The deadly car wreck resulted in one wrongful death to a teenager and injuries to three other youths and happened eastbound on River Road near Waldrop when the teen lost control of his car and struck a utility pole. Incidentally, to add insult to injury, the 14 year old driver left the scene of the car accident preventing any type of immediate assistance to the injured parties.

The three injured youths were taken to local area hospitals for treatment.

There will no doubt be a slew of insurance claims for bodily injuries and a wrongful death lawsuit to follow this tragic incident. Hopefully there is enough insurance coverage between the parties to cover their injuries and wrongful death claim stemming from the car wreck.
