An intoxicated driver who ran into another motorist in Miami, killing her, has reported to law enforcement authorities to face the music. The culprit responsible for the deadly car accident, which occurred on Sunday, is 29 year old Carlos Alberto Rodriguez. Mr. Rodriquez admitted that he was drinking earlier at a strip club before he ran into and killed Kama Jackson, killing her.
According to authorities, Rodriquez crashed into a nearby construction site after striking Jackson, stayed momentarily at the car accident scene and then took off by foot, abandoning his car.
