Car wrecks are surprising, unpleasant events and whether you live in Atlanta, outside of Atlanta or anywhere else in Georgia, the Southeast or the United States, the experience of being a victim in a car crash is similar. Gaps in treatment are very damaging to your injury claim and remember, the claimant has the burden of proving to the insurance company and if a lawsuit is filed that reaches trial, to a jury, that they were hurt in the car wreck and are deserving of money damages. If the decision makers are not convinced that you are hurt, your chances of recovering any money will be diminished.
